摘要:

为了解决某电厂锅炉结焦和NOx排放超标问题,通过一系列针对性试验,精准掌握了该锅炉的运行状态,找出了锅炉严重结焦的原因。经优化调整,得到了锅炉的最佳运行状态,持续性的锅炉垮焦问题得到解决,NOx排放值也降低到锅炉所能达到的最佳水平,锅炉的燃烧试验调整和防结焦试验达到了预期效果。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of boiler coking and NOxoveremission, a series of tests was carried out. The boiler operation status and cause of serious coking was accurately indicated. By improvement adjustment, boiler opertaion and NOxemission was optimized. Constant coking was solved. Boiler combustion adjustment and anticoking test achieved expectation.
