摘要:

为解决燃煤电厂现有除尘设备对于微米/亚微米级细颗粒物脱除效率低的难题,以声波团聚理论和基于流场转换的多相分离技术为基础,研制开发声波团聚-除尘在线试验装置。采用电厂脱硫烟气进行了声波团聚-除尘的初步试验研究,分析声波团聚对PM10的粒径分布与除雾器出口总尘质量浓度的影响,为声波团聚再除尘的工业应用提供试验依据。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of existing power plant dust removal equipment has difficulty on removing micrometer and submicrometer particulate matter, acoustic agglomeration dust removal online test device was developed based on acoustic agglomeration theory and flow field transformation simultaneous separation. Primary test and research used power plant desulfurized flue gas. The influence of acoustic agglomeration on PM10 grain size distribution and demister outlet total dust mass density was analyzed. This provided test evidence for application of acoustic agglomeration in industrial area.
