摘要:

为了有针对性地选择燃煤电厂粉煤灰中未燃碳的脱除工艺,分别介绍了粉煤灰浮选法(湿法)脱碳,流态化法、燃烧法和电选法(干法)脱碳技术,综述了国内外关于浮选法脱碳工艺和药剂制度研究发展现状,以及摩擦电选法脱碳装置、电选法工艺的研究成果,指出了浮选法脱碳和电选法脱碳存在的问题及各自的适用性。

Abstract:

In order to select a removal process for unburned coal in coal ash from coalfired power plants,fly ash flotation (wet method) decarburization technology as well as fluidization, combustion and electric separation (dry method) decarburization technology are introduced respectively. The domestic and international research on the development and status quo of flotation decarbonization process and pharmaceutical system are summarized.The research results of triboelectrostatic separation device and electric separation process are obtained.The problems existed in the flotation decarburization and electric separation decarbonization and their applicability arepresented.
