摘要:

脱硫废水作为燃煤电厂最末端的废水,具有水质复杂、处理难度大的特点。传统的脱硫废水处理工艺即“三联箱”技术达到的水质排放标准越来越不符合国家严格的环保发展形势,脱硫废水的排放已经是燃煤电厂面临的严重的环保问题,电力企业实现脱硫废水零排放的需求越来越迫切。利用烟道烟气对脱硫废水进行蒸发处理,理论计算分析可行性,技术路线相对简单。通过比较分析利用烟道烟气蒸发脱硫废水的不同技术路线的优缺点和使用范围,为实现脱硫废水的零排放提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

Desulfurization wastewater,as the very end wastewater in a coalfired power plant,is of complex quality and treatmentdifficulty. As a traditional desulfurization wastewater treatment process, the‘triplet tank’technology cannot make water quality conform to the increasingly strict development situation of environmental protection in China. The emission of desulfurization wastewater has been a serious environmental problem of coalfired power plants. The demand for the zero discharge of the desulfurization wastewater is becoming more and more urgent. Using flue gas to evaporate desulfurization wastewater is feasible according to theoretical calculation and the technical road is relatively simple. The advantages and disadvantages of different technology roads of  desulfurization wastewater evaporating by flue gas are compared, which provides references for the realization of the desulfurization waste water zero discharge.
