摘要:

具有FCB功能的机组对电网和电厂都有着重大作用。对高/低压旁路和高排通风阀的配置选型、除氧器的有效容积及汽源切换、给水泵运行调节、再热压力的选择等汽轮机主要环节进行了研究。结合沙特某亚临界660MW机组的FCB试验数据,对汽轮机各主要系统参数进行了分析。结果表明机组可以实现FCB的功能,并验证了设计选型,为今后机组FCB系统设计和电厂运行提供了经验。

Abstract:

Unit with FCB function plays a significant role in power grid and power plants. Research on configuration selection of high/low pressure bypass and HP cylinder exhaust ventilation valves,effective volume and steam source switching of deaerator,feed water pump operation adjustment and the choice of reheating pressure are made. Combined with FCB test data of a subcritical 660MW unit in Saudi Arabia, the main system parameters of the turbine are analyzed. The results show that the FCB function is feasible and the design selection is validated. It provides reference for the design and operation of FCB system in the future.
