摘要:

某电厂因运行工况、环境条件等,导致反渗透进水水质不合格(反渗透膜污染指数偏高),需经常对超滤水池进行冲洗,造成了工作量的增加、水资源的浪费以及运行成本的增加。通过优化反渗透非氧化杀菌剂的加药位置和加药策略,大幅度地降低了反渗透进水水质不合格的次数并显著地控制了水资源的浪费和运行成本,提高了反渗透设备运行的经济性和反渗透设备的可靠性,为同类工程的应用提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

Due to operating conditions and environmental conditions, influent water of reverse osmosis is unqualified (pollution index of reverse osmosis membrane is high). Ultrafiltration tank has to be flushed frequently,  which results in the increase of workload , water resources and operating costs. By optimizing the dosing position and dosing strategy of the reverse osmosis nonoxidizing biocide, the number of unqualified  reverse osmosis water is greatly reduced. The influent water quality is effectively controlled,  waste and operating cost are significantly reduced. It also improves the economy and the reliability of reverse osmosis equipment , which can provide reference for the similar projects.
