摘要:

针对某电厂再热蒸汽热段管道振动超标问题,对管道振动情况进行现场勘察、振动测量与数据处理,分析了管道的振动特性。指出应从消除激扰力,改善管系振动特性,尽可能维持管道的一次应力、二次应力水平3个方面进行振动治理,提出了在保证管系应力合格的前提下加装减振装置的治理方案。治理后管道振动得到了有效控制。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of excessive vibration at hot reheat steam pipe, field investigation, vibration measurement and data processing on pipe vibration are carried out to analyze the vibration characteristics of the pipeline.  It points out that regulation on vibration should be made from three dimensions which are eliminating the turbulence force, improve the piping vibration characteristics, and maintain the level of primary stress and secondary stress level as far as possible. It puts forward a scheme to install vibration damping device on the premise of ensuring qualified stress of pipe system. The pipeline vibration is effectively controlled after treatment.
