摘要:

为提高600MW及以上等级燃煤机组运行可靠性水平,对影响2016年600MW及以上等级燃煤机组电力可靠性因素进行分析。结果表明:导致机组非计划停运的主要责任原因是检修质量不良、产品质量不良、燃料影响,其中检修质量不良是影响机组非计划停运的最重要责任因素;锅炉引起的非计划停运占机组三大主设备引起的非计划停运比例最大;堵塞、漏汽、漏油、漏水、振动大、卡涩、磨损、温度高、腐蚀、裂纹等是影响机组辅助设备可靠性的主要因素。

Abstract:

To improve operational reliability of 600MW and above coalfired units ,it analyzed the factors affecting the reliability of 600MW and above coalfired units of 2016. It is concluded that the poor quality of maintenance, poor quality of products and fuel affection are the main reasons for the unplanned outage of the units, among which the poor quality of maintenance is the dominant reason. Unplanned outages caused by boilers accounted for the largest proportion of unplanned outages caused by the three main equipment. Blockage, steam leakage, oil leakage, water leakage, great vibration, jam, abrasion, high temperature, corrosion, cracks and so on, are the main factors affecting the reliability of auxiliary equipment.
