摘要:

粗粉分离器是火电制粉系统中的重要设备。研究分析了现有径向和轴向粗粉分离器的优、缺点,提出了新型粗粉分离器。新分离器充分利用其有效空间,创新性地引入离心分离模块,消除了撞击分离、增强了离心分离,解决了内锥磨损和颗粒聚集等问题。示范应用后,制粉出力、分离效率、煤粉均匀性显著提高,分离器压降、煤粉细度、循环倍率、一次风机电耗等显著降低,软性物质堵塞也基本得到解决。

Abstract:

Coarse powder separator is an important device of a pulverizing system in a coalfired power plant. The merits and drawbacks of the available radial and axial coarse powder separator are studied and analyzed. A new coarse powder separator is proposed. The new coarse powder separator makes the best of its effective space and introducesa centrifugal separating module creatively which eliminates bumping separation, enhances centrifugal separation, and solves the wear of inner cone and particles accumulation. The results of demonstration show that output of pulverizing system, separation efficiency and uniformity of pulverized coal are greatly increased, and the pressure drop of the separator, fineness of the pulverized coal, cycle ratio and power consumption of the primary fan are significantly reduced. Soft material blockage isalmost solved as well.
