摘要：

辽宁华电铁岭发电有限公司600MW超超临界机组多次出现水冷壁爆管泄漏事故，从运行角度提出了反冲洗水冷壁入口节流孔圈、提高汽水品质、改变滑压运行曲线及完善机组启停和日常操作等措施，有效避免了水冷壁爆管，大大减少了非计划停运次数，经济效益显著。

Abstract:

There has been several bursting and leakage accidents occurred on water wall pipes of the 600MW ultrasupercritical unit in Liaoning Huadian Tieling Power Generation Company Limited. Considering from the operation, methods such as the throttle orifice at the inlet of antiflushing water wall, the improvement of steam water quality, alteration of sliding pressure operation curve and the improvement of daily operation (stop and start)of units and are proposed. Measures effectively prevent the water wall from bursting, greatly reduce the unplanned outages and significantly improve the economic benefits.
