摘要:

针对某电厂300MW燃煤机组进行深度余热利用节能改造,从不同的换热器布置位置、不同的换热材质及对引风机送风机的影响3个角度出发,确定4种深度余热利用节能改造方案。对4种方案进行技术路线比较、技术经济分析、成本分析及投资回收期计算,论证深度余热利用改造的可行性,为电厂深度余热利用改造提供参考。

Abstract:

In the energysaving renovation of a 300MW coalfired unit by recovering the waste heat deeply. There are 4 different energysaving renovation plans distinguished by different arrangement positions and different texture of heat exchanger, as well as the effect on induced draft fan and force draft fan. It demonstrated the feasibility of the 4 types of energy saving renovations on the waste heat deep recovery, by comparing their technology, technical economy analysis, cost analysis and the payback period. And it can provide reference for similar reconstruction projects in the future.
