循环排污水是燃煤电厂外排废水的主要来源,其回用工艺及设备一直是近年来电厂废水零排放研究的热点。针对华电滕州新源热电有限公司循环冷却排污水,采用软化澄清池和陶瓷超滤设备,在特定运行参数和条件下开展中间性试验。连续运行数据表明,采用陶瓷超滤膜设备处理经软化澄清后的冷却塔排污水,可在260L/(m2·h)的通量下稳定运行,每次维护性化学清洗约需12h,超滤产水浊度稳定小于0.2NTU,淤泥密度指数小于3,出水完全满足反渗透进水要求,运行通量、运行稳定性和水质处理效果良好。

Abstract:

Circulating cooling wastewater is one of the main sources of industrial wastewater of coalfired power plant. Its recycling process and equipment have been popular in wastewater zero discharge study in recent years.Taking the circulating cooling wastewater of Huadian Tengzhou Xinyuan Thermal Power Company Limited, neutral test is carried out with softened clarifiers and ceramic ultrafiltration equipment under specific operating parameters and conditions.The accumulated data prove that cooling wastewater softened and clarified by equipment with ceramic UF membrane, can keep its flux at 260L/(m2·h)stably.The chemical maintenance cleaning cycle is 12 hours.The turbidity of permeate should be less than 0.2 NTU and SDI should be less than 3.The effluent completely meet the requirements of reverse osmosis.The ceramic UF system can work well with high operating flux,operational stability and good water quality.
