供热机组抽汽改造方案及试验分析

摘要:

为提高供热机组抽汽供热能力,需对机组进行抽汽改造。通过对比多种抽汽改造方案,确定通过中压调节阀调节热段再热抽汽的方案最具可行性,能在低负荷运行工况下满足用户对高温高压蒸汽的需求。改造后对机组的经济性和安全性进行分析,结果显示,较低负荷下,随着抽汽量的增大,主蒸汽流量增大,高压缸效率升高,中压缸效率下降,中、低压缸进汽流量略有减少,辅机耗电量略有增加,机组振动、轴向位移等参数良好。

Abstract:

In order to improve the heating capacity of the heat supplied unit, the unit needs to be retrofitted. Compared with different steam extraction schemes, the one that uses intermediate valve to control hot reheat steam is feasible, which can meet the needs of users for high temperature and high pressure steam under low load operating conditions. After the transformation, the economy and safety of the unit is analyzed. The results show that with decrease of the load, the main steam flow increases, the efficiency of the high pressure cylinder increases, the efficiency of the medium pressure cylinder decreases and the inflow to mediumpressure and lowpressure cylinder is slightly reduced, the power consumption of the auxiliary machine is slightly increased, and the vibration and axial displacement of the unit are satisfied.
