摘要:

桨叶操作机构是轴流转桨式水轮机转轮中的重要构件,用于传递活塞操作力,实现桨叶角度的调整。一般的计算只单独对操作机构中某一部件进行分析,忽略了各部件间的变形协调,应力计算结果与实际值相比偏大。采取联合分析的方法,利用有限元手段,对桨叶操作机构进行整体计算,能准确得到各部件的应力分布,更好地指导结构设计,提高设计方案的经济性。

Abstract:

The blade operating mechanism is an important assembly of Kaplan turbine, which is used to transfer the force from piston and adjust the angle of blade. In general calculation,a single component of the operating mechanism is analyzed separately, while deformation coordination between the components is ignored,which result in the calculated stress is larger than the fact. By means of conjoint analysis, the finite element method is used to calculate the overall blade operating mechanism, and the stress distribution of each component can be obtained accurately. It can be a better guide for structural design and improve the economy of the design.
