摘要:

由于燃气分布式能源站具有综合能源利用效率高、能源输送损耗低及环保等特点,近几年得到政府的大力倡导,各发电集团也在积极探索和发展。但由于天然气价格、电价等条件的限制,分布式能源企业盈利能力低的问题较为突出。解决此问题的关键除积极争取天然气价格和电价优惠政策外,利用现代信息技术、大数据、物联网、机组一键启停技术(APS)、一体化管控平台等科技手段建设智能化的分布式能源站成为企业增强盈利水平的重要途径。通过智能化建设,实现企业生产自动化、管理数字化、决策科学化,同时借助一体化管控平台对用能客户提供优质的多元化综合能源服务,提升能源利用率和企业盈利能力。立足于提升分布式能源企业的综合竞争力和综合能源服务水平,提出了运用科技手段实现分布式能源站智能化建设的现实需求和基本方案。通过分布式能源站的智能化建设,必将推动企业管理模式创新和企业健康发展。

Abstract:

Because of the high integrated energy utilization efficiency, low energy transmission loss and environmental protection, gas distributed energy stations have been vigorously advocated by the government and power generation enterprises in recent years.However, limited by natural gas price, electricity price and other conditions, profitability of distributed energy stations is considerably low. The key to solve this problem is getting preferential policies of natural gas price and electricity price and taking technical methods for intelligent construction, which includes modern information technology,big data processing technology,IoT, automatic power plant startup and shutdown system(APS),integrated management and control platform,etc.Enterprise production automation, management digitization and scientific decision makingare based on intelligent construction. And integrated management and control platform contributes to the diversifiedenergy services forenergy users, increasing of energy utilization rate and improvement of enterprises profitability.To improve the competitiveness of distributed energy suppliers and their service level, a scheme of realizing intelligent construction of distributed energy station by scientific methods is proposed. Intelligent construction of distributed energy stations will promote the operational model innovation and sustainable development of energy enterprises.
