智能变电站SCD文件版本的可视化管控研究

摘要：

智能变电站系统配置描述(SCD)文件描述了站内所有智能电子设备(IED)实例配置和通信参数、IED之间的通信配置及虚端子连线信息等。在智能变电站调试、改建及扩建中都会引起SCD文件变化，但目前还没有方便、直观且有效的管控SCD文件方法。通过分析SCD文件版本管控现状，在智能站配置工具上集成开发了SCD文件版本可视化管控功能。校验审核合格的SCD发布后，可以展示已发布的所有SCD文件表，同时可以直观地看到不同版本SCD文件内容的详细差异以及主要模块的差异，达到对SCD文件版本可视化管控的目的。

Abstract:

Substation configuration description (SCD) files describe the instance configurations and communication parameters of all intelligent electronic device (IED) in the station, communication configurations between IED, and virtual terminal connection information. In the debugging, reconstruction and expansion of smart substations, SCD files will be changed. But there is currently no convenient, intuitive and effective method to controlling SCD files. By analyzing the present situation of SCD file version control, a visual control function is developed on the intelligent station configuration tool. After verification of qualified SCD, all published SCD file tables are displayed. At the same time, the detailed differences in the content of different versions of SCD files can be reviewed, which achieves visual control of SCD file versions.
