摘要:

为保证某电厂除尘器出口烟尘质量浓度满足超低排放标准,提出了“1+3”电袋复合除尘器改造并协同脱硫废水零排放的改造方案,可同时实现烟尘和废水的减排。改造结果表明,电袋除尘器出口的烟尘质量浓度小于10mg/m3,电厂总的烟尘排放质量浓度小于5mg/m3,协同脱硫废水喷入烟道后,烟气相对湿度增加,烟温降低,电袋除尘器的除尘效率提高,脱硫废水喷入量越大,电袋除尘器除尘效率提高越多。

Abstract:

In order to ensure the concentration of flu gas at the outlet of a dust precipitator meets the ultralow emission standard, a modification scheme of “1+3” electric bag composite dust collector combining with zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater is proposed, which can simultaneously reduce the emission of flue and wastewater. The transformation results show that the mass concentration of flue at the outlet of the electric bag filter is less than 10mg/m3, and the total concentration of flue discharged from the power plant is less than 5mg/m3. After the desulfurization wastewater is sprayed into the flue, the relative humidity of the flue gas increases, the flue temperature decreases and dust removal efficiency of the bag filter is improved. As the amount of desulfurization wastewater injected  increases, the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter is improved.
