摘要：

近年来，随着我国经济规模不断变大及城镇化建设快速推进，基建、电力等各类工程项目日益增多，其中不乏科技含量高、施工难度大的工程项目，随之而来的是国内工程出现较多的安全及质量事故，加之各类金融类产品出现多元化投资主体，给工程项目管理工作带来了新的困难和挑战。同时，项目现场管理与公司本部职能部门管理层面存在明显割裂痕迹，更是目前国内工程项目管理中的一块短板。近年来，物联网技术在各行各业蓬勃发展，工程项目管理也逐步采用各类信息化技术手段，由于EPC项目管理面临项目各主体方、项目各维度信息的综合约束，如何利用物联网技术来梳理工程项目管理各类信息，提高工程项目管理水平成为各工程方的追求目标。通过物联网技术与EPC工程管理的研究探索，充分利用现代信息手段实现工程目标。

Abstract:

As our economy and the urbanization construction is advanced rapidly in recent years, the number of infrastructure, electricity and other projects are increasing.There are numerous high technical，difficult and large projects which are followed by more safety and quality accidents.In addition,diversified investors merging in various financial products bring new difficulties and challenges to project management.At the same time,there are obvious gap between the project site management and functional departments management in home office,which is a shortcoming of current domestic engineering project management.In recent years,the IOT technology flourishes in all walks of life.Various information technology is also taken by engineering project management gradually.As EPC project management faces comprehensive constraints on information from each subject and project dimension,making use of IOT technology to catalyzing all kinds of information in engineering project management and improving the level of project management become the goal of engineering companies.Through the research and exploration of IOT and EPC engineering management,modern information technology can realize engineering goals.
