摘要: 燃煤电厂大规模应用石灰石原料脱硫,仅考虑其购进成本,导致矿产资源日渐匮乏。为避免资源衰竭、生
态环境进一步恶化,需要以可持续发展的层面量化电厂使用石灰石脱硫的生态成本,更加直观地展示了现行造纸
行业白泥处置与石灰石脱硫的弊端。介绍了石灰石矿山生态价值,开采矿石所带来的环境问题,利用重置成本法
计算了开采石灰石矿山的生态成本。从清洁生产与循环经济的角度论证了白泥取代石灰石脱硫的环境意义,为促
进企业高效运行管理,提高污染减排的经济性提供了新的思路。

Abstract: Limestone feedstock is widely applied for desulphurization in coal-fired power plants because of its low purchase
cost. In order to avoid the resource depletion and ecosystem degradation,and,it is necessary to quantify the ecological cost
of using limestone in power plant desulfurization process from a sustainable development level,which can intuitively
display the disadvantages of white mud disposal and limestone desulfurization in the paper industry. The ecological value of
limestone mines and the environmental problems in ore extraction are introduced,the ecological cost of limestone ore
mining is calculated by replacement cost method .The significance of replacing the limestone by white mud is demonstrated
from the clean production and circular economy,and it will ensure the enterprises' efficient management and provide a
new concept for reducing the high-concentrated pollutant emission.
