摘要: 在锅炉排灰量中,一电场、二电场灰分占了总数的96%左右,因此一电场、二电场的输灰效果在整个系统方案的合理配置非常重要。对宁夏水洞沟电厂的600MW机组干除灰系统的配置方案进行了优化调整,系统优化以后,安全稳定性及经济性明显提高。

Abstract: The ash emissions of first and second electric fields of precipitator are about 96% of the total ash emission of boiler. Therefore, the ash conveying effects of first and second electric fields are very important for rational configuration scheme of whole system. The configuration scheme of dry ash removal system of 600MW unit in Ningxia Shuidonggou Power Plant had been optimum regulated, and the safety, stability and economical efficiency of the unit were raised obviously due to the optimization.
