摘要: 以大唐林州热电有限责任公司2×350MW热电机组工程为例,介绍了气力除灰系统的基本原理,根据实际运行曲线分析了内旁通密相气力输送系统的应用情况,针对运行中的问题给出了解决方法,供设计和应用时参考。

Abstract: Taking the project of 2×350MW thermal power unit of Datang Linzhou Thermal Power Company Limited as example, the fundamental principles of the pneumatic ash handling system was introduced. According to the practical operation curves, the application of the pneumatic dense phase ash handling system with internal bypass was analyzed. Aiming at the problems existing in operation, the solutions were given, which can be used as reference for design and application of the system.
