摘要: 针对华电能源股份有限公司哈尔滨第三发电厂的锅炉性能特点,研究了200MW机组褐煤混配掺烧问题。以提高机组经济性为前提,根据每天不同时间段内负荷和来煤的情况,确立了褐煤掺混原则,在此基础进行了褐煤掺混改造,探讨了机组最大比例掺烧实施的可行性,对掺混的经济性进行了分析,从而最大限度地挖掘经济运行潜力,真正实现节能增效。

Abstract: Aiming at the performance and characteristics of the boilers of the Harbin Third Power Plant of Huadian Energy Company Limited, the problem of lignite blended burning process in 200MW unit was studied. To improve the economic efficiency of the unit is taken as first purpose. According to the load of the unit and the supplied coal in different time segments of every day, the lignite blending principle was determined. Based on this, the lignite blending technology was improved; the feasibility of lignite blending in maximum ratio for the unit was discussed; and the economic efficiency of lignite blended burning was analyzed. Then the latent capacity of economic operation was excavated in largest possible, and energysaving and benefit increasing were realized truly.
