发电机滑环电刷发热的原因分析及处理方法

摘要: 华电四川发电有限公司攀枝花分公司 #12发电机组运行中转子正极电刷发热,发热在同极6个刷架电刷间移动,个别电刷最高温度达到300℃。通过分析,确认电刷发热原因是滑环小孔风道积灰堵塞,给出了运行中发电机电刷发热的处理方法,对机组检修过程中转子滑环及附属设备的维修质量和验收提出了具体要求,确保机组安全运行。

Abstract: In the operation of generator set No.12 of Panzhihua Branch of Huadian Sichuan Power Generation Corporation Limited, the temperature of the six positive pole electric brushes of the rotor rises alternately, and the maximum temperature of individual brush rises up to 300℃. It was confirmed by analysis that the reason of the temperature rise of the electric brush is the blockage of the small holes ducts on the slip ring by deposition. The treatment method of temperature rise of electric brushes of generator in operation was given. Aiming at unit overhaul process, some concrete requirements of the maintenance quality of the rotor slip ring and accessory devices and acceptance inspection were given, which is helpful for ensuring safe operation of the unit.
