摘要:

在低温条件下,输煤皮带机皮带接头硫化胶接质量普遍较差,输煤皮带接头胶接后的强度、耐磨性均达不到质量要求。对低温条件下影响胶带接头胶接质量的原因进行了分

析,找出了低温条件下提高输煤皮带接头硫化质量的方法,彻底解决了低温条件下胶带接头硫化质量差的问题。

Abstract:

Under low temperature condition, the quality of vulcanization glued joint of the belt joints for coal handling is generally poor; the strength and

abrasion resistance of the glued joints of coal handling belt all can not satisfy the quality requirement. The reasons influencing on the quality of the belt

glued joints under low temperature were analyzed. The method to improve the quality of vulcanization glued joint of coal handling belt joints under low

temperature was found.So the abovementioned problem was solved thoroughly.
