海上风电制氢技术研究综述

摘要: 我国经济已由高速增长转向高质量发展阶段,建设以可再生能源为主体的绿色、低碳、清洁能源体系是我国能源发展的重要战略方向。利用海上风电产生的绿色电力制氢不仅为海上风电消纳提供了一种新思路,也是未来新能源替代传统能源的重要手段之一。目前,海上风电制氢系统的氢能储存以及上网成本仍然较高,在并网或离网的情况下,如何实现系统最优设备配置与控制是亟需解决的问题。本文综述并归纳了目前国内外在海上风力发电、制氢储氢和海上风电制氢系统等方面的研究进展,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development stage, and the construction of a green, low-carbon and clean energy system with renewable energy as the mainstay is an important strategic direction for China's energy development. The use of green electricity from offshore wind power to produce hydrogen not only provides a new idea for offshore wind power consumption, but also is one of the important means to replace traditional energy by new energy in the future. At present, the hydrogen energy storage and on-grid cost of offshore wind power hydrogen production system is still high, and how to achieve the optimal equipment configuration and control of the system in the case of grid-connected or off-grid is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper reviews and summarizes the current research progress in offshore wind power generation, hydrogen production and storage and offshore wind power hydrogen production system at home and abroad, and provides an outlook on the future research directions.
