Research of hydrogen purity decrease in hydrogen cooled unit

Abstract

Abstract: The hydrogen purity of unit №3 in Huadian Zhangqiu Power Generation Corporation Limited was decreasing faster, and this caused that the hydrogen inside generator must be purified frequently. The problems mentioned above were analyzed, some relevant measures were adopted, and the sealing oil system was adjusted using running and shut-down opportunity. Then the problem of hydrogen purity decrease was resolved finally, and unit safety, stable operation was achieved.
