Abstract

Abstract: Along with the development of the electricity market, both power sector and users are aware clearly that electricity, as a special commodity, must be of high quality. The situation, electricity quality and support services under condition of electricity market were analyzed, and the results can offer reference for the power supply corporation to increase electricity quality and to reduce power supply cost.
