Abstract: According to the boiler building process of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant, the production management about boiler equipment selection and boiler heating parts making was expounded. It was emphasized that must strengthen process management to prevent boiler tube cracking. The construction organization, coordination and management were strengthened, the field commission and operation were managed, the problems occurred in erection and commission were handled.
