Discussion about application of communication contingency plan in the ice calamity

Abstract

Abstract: The application of communication contingency plan of Wujiangdu Hydropower Plant in ice calamity at the beginning of 2008 was introduced. The successful experiences were summarized, the deficiencies were found, and the preplan was perfected. Then the contingency measures for similar or more serious calamities were provided, and the ability of calamity withstanding and ability of communication guarantee were raised.
