The application and practice of optimized control in circulating fluidized bed boilers

Abstract: The availability of automation system of domestic CFB boiler is generally lower. In order to enhance the overall efficiency and competitiveness of power plant, the higher control requirement of DCS had been put forward. Because of the special combustion characteristics of CFB boiler, the conventional PID control strategy will difficultly realize combustion automation control of CFB boiler. This leads the availability of automation system of CFB boiler unit to be lower and turbineboiler coordinated control can basically not be put into operation. In this case, the application of the optimized control system in combustion control of CFB boiler is effective solving way.
