Analysis of the "blower pinch" of the primary air fan in CFB boiler

Abstract

Abstract: The technical reformation of fans by using the frequency converter is gradually becoming the popular way to increase the efficiency of the power plant. However, the problem of "blower pinch" was happened sometimes due to application of the frequency converter, which causes a great threat to the safety operation of the power plant. The "blower pinch" phenomenon occurred in a power plant after the frequency conversion reformation was analyzed, and feasible solving measures were proposed.
