The reason of onoff action lag of turbine lube oil pressure switch and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: In the process of low lubricant oil pressure interlock protection of unit No.1 in Yunfu Power Plant Corporation Limited of Guangdong Yudean Group Corporation Limited, the action of turbine tripping pressure switch was ahead of the actions of linked AC and DC oil pump pressure switch. The problem of linked pumps pressure switch action delay was analyzed, and relevant test was carried out. Aiming at the defects existed in sampling tube installation, some improvement measures were adopted, and the problem was resolved effectively.
