The reason of leakage of water level indicator with electrical contacts in a steam drum of waste heat boiler

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the using experience of water level indicator with electrical contacts in a steam drum of waste heat boiler of S109FA gassteam combined cycle unit, the structure, the material, the environment and working characteristics of the water level indicator with electrical contacts were introduced; and the frequent leakage faults of the indicator were analyzed. In order to reduce the leakage fault and raise the reliability of measurement, some feasible solving methods were put forward.
