Abstract: After first overhaul for inspection of the oncethrough boiler No.1 of Huadian Suzhou Power Generation Corporation Limited, the overtemperature phenomenon was often occurred in outlet Aside of the platen superheater. According to the analysis, it was considered that the most direct reason of the higher temperature of the heating surface is the combustion stroke in the furnace was lengthened and the flame center was moved up. The ventilation system and the combustion system of the boiler No.1 were optimized, and the wall temperature of the platen superheater left side was controlled effectively.
