Abstract: Because of the irrational design of the dualring coal feeder, some problems would occur in its operation, such as the unstable operation, the horizontal pulsation, the vertical fluctuation, the coal scattered from the car and so on. These problems leaded that the equipment can not operation normally, increased the work load of the operators and the maintainers and brought serious environmental pollution. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, some parts of the equipment were improved, and favorable effects were obtained.
