Abstract: The variable frequency reformation of the condensate pump of 600 MW supercritical unit and its energysaving effect were analyzed. On the basis of warranty for safe operation of the condensate pump,the ‘one drive one’ mode was adopted in the variable reformation of the condensate pump. The operation data after reformation show that the reformation scheme achieves the design requirements, the power consumption of the condensate pump reduced by 36%, and the houseservice consumption rate was reduced by 0.12%, the energysaving effect is remarkable.
