Abstract: The technical parameters, the working principle, the structure features and the electrical control system of the new type unloader were introduced. Comparing with the traditional unloader, the plough tripper and other belt unloading devices, the new type unloader has advantages of accurate allocation, convenient unloading, stable operation, rational structure, good sealability, high efficiency and longer service life. The new type unloader can be widely used in many vocations, such as the industries of electric power, coal, grain, metallurgy, chemical industry, port and the construction materials. 
