Abstract: Combining with construction situation of programming operation project of 110kV Zhudong Substation in Yixing, the design thought of substation programming operation, the implement scheme and implement situation of the project were introduced, the concrete contents of programming operation in substation and in monitoring center were analyzed, the design thought of visual and programming operation in monitoring center was put forward, and the experiences of acceptance management were summarized.
