Abstract: The pulverized coal conveyor is the key auxiliary equipment in boiler milling system of power plant, and it plays important role for boiler safe operation. The faults were occurred frequently in operation of the toothed rope pulverized coal conveyor of Zhengzhou Xinli Electric Power Corporation Limited, and the maintenance cost of the conveyor was higher. The reasons of the lower reliability of the boiler toothed rope pulverized coal conveyor were analyzed. A reformation scheme was put forward, and the better results were obtained after the scheme had been implemented. 
