Solution of rubber belt deformation in corner of inclined belt conveyor

Abstract

Abstract: In the Baotou Power Generation Branch of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Corporation Limited, the deformation and wrinkling of the rubber belt of the inclined belt conveyors No.5 and No.6 in the coal handling system were occurred, which influenced on normal operation of the equipments seriously. By analysis and reformation, the problems were solved finally, the service life of the rubber belt was lengthened, and the normal conveying, receiving and unloading of the coal were ensured. 
