The blockage of GGH by deposited dust of thermal power plant FGD system formed in long term operation seriously influence on the normal operation of the system and is harmful for energysaving and consumption reducing. In addition, serious blockage could damage the boost fan and cause the system accident tripping. In the desulphurization system of coalfired power plant, the faults of the gasgasheater (GGH) are occurred frequently, such as the equipment corrosion, dust deposition, scaling and blockage; and the high consumption of electricity, steam and water; so it is the biggest factor influencing on the system operating rate. In recent years, in the new built power plants, the GGH was eliminated and replaced by wet chimney; but this causes some new problems, such as the pollution in the vicinity, the dropping of the anticorrosive materials of the chimney, the higher water consumption and so on. In order to better develop the functions of GGH, a reformation scheme of new type phasetransition heat exchanger was put forward, which provides a solving way for higheffective, lowconsumption and safe operation of desulphurization system.

According to the chemical composition and the physical properties of the desulphurization slag generated in dry desulphurization process, it was put forward that the dry desulphurization slag can be used as the main component of cementitious materials of highsulfur ash. Based on the research of its composition, structure and relevant physical and chemical properties, its characteristics were determined, and its reclamation way was proved preliminarily. The factors influenced on the stability and the oxidizability of the CaSO3 in the calcium sulfite type desulphurization slag were analyzed. The performance requirement and the economical rationality of the entire activation technology at normal temperature were researched. The rule and the mechanism of the inner reaction of the cementitious materials of highsulfur ash based on desulphurization slag were explored; and the optimized application theory and the technology control parameters of different desulphurization slag in related construction material production were studied, which provides technical foundation for effective utilization of the desulphurization slag.

The AVC substation in power plant side receives the instruction of power plantside 500kV bus from the AVC main station of province dispatch center through the remote terminal unit. After considering various restraint conditions sufficiently, the center control unit calculates relevant width of the control pulse, and sends the calculation result to the executing terminal of the AVC system. The executing terminal output the increase or decrease excitation signal to the DCS. The DCS gives the instruction to the excitation system to regulate the reactive power of the generator set. The reactive power output and the terminal voltage of the generator are influenced by the excitation current. When the excitation current varies, the reactive power output and the terminal voltage of the generator will increase or decrease with the variation of the excitation current; and by the transformer beside the generator, the bus voltage will increase or decrease. The increase or decrease of the excitation current can be realized by adjusting the settings of the excitation regulator (AVR).

The application effects of the “System Optimization Analysis Program” in 300MW boiler with ‘W’shape flame were analyzed. Under the conditions of 100%ECR (economical continuous rating), 90%ECR, 83%ECR, 75%ECR and 53%ECR (peak shaving minimum load), the optimization experiments of the boiler performance were carried out, and the optimized operation curves of various loads were obtained. The optimized results shows that the optimization direction is correct; and it can be used as reference for the operation optimization of boilers No.2, No.3, No.4 and other boilers with the same combustion mode.
