Analysis on reason of jamming of steam turbine sliding key system and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: The jamming of sliding key system of steam turbine generator set was occurred in a thermal power plant, which caused the differential expansion of the unit to be exceeded the standard badly in start up and shut down process, and endangered the unit equipments and the operation safety. The jamming part of the key seat of sliding key system had been repaired, and the key had been replaced; so the jamming of the sliding key system was eliminated basically.
