Experience of commissioning of 135MW domestic circulating fluidized bed boiler

Abstract

Abstract: The basic situation of DG440/13.7-II2 type 135MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in Henan Yima Ganguefired Power Plant was introduced. The processes of the cold functional test, the ignition pressurization and operation were expounded. The problems occurred in debugging were summarized, and the solving methods were put forward. After the adjustment based on combustion optimization test, the continuous operation ability and the reliability of the boiler had been raised. The experience can provide reference for similar units.
