Analysis on reason of a power outage accident in 10kV bus

Abstract

Abstract: A power outage accident in a 10kV bus was occurred in a company, and it caused a shutdown accident of the production system of the company. The phenomenon of the accident and the action of the protection devices were introduced. The reason of the accident was analyzed. The characteristics of the power system, the neutral point of which is grounded through a resistor, were expounded. The development tendency of the neutral point grounding mode was pointed out.
