Abstract

Abstract: In order to enhance the maintainability of the electrostatic precipitator monitoring system and to improve friendliness of the manmachine interface, an electrostatic precipitator automatic monitoring system based on the general configuration software iFix was designed. The software structure and the hardware structure of the monitoring system, the key technologies of the design and the system functions were introduced. The system had been applied in multiple electrostatic precipitators, which are new built or reformed; the site equipments and the systems are operating well.
