For the quasisynchronization paralleling of the generator with the system, some conditions, such as voltage, frequency, phase and etc., must be satisfied seriously. Considering that the voltage difference, the phase difference and the frequency difference are existed, the characteristics of the impact current and the influence of the impact current on the generator and the system were analyzed. Based on the result of above analysis and the related parameters of the automatic quasisynchronization device and the closing breaker, aiming at a practical example, the setting calculation of the blocking angle of the synchronization blocking relay was carried out.

The intelligent power grid is the development direction of modern power grid; and it requires the future distribution network to be able to accept distributed generations (DG) freely. However, the DG (especially the intermittent renewable energy source distributed generation) has characteristics of dispersion and random variation, to access of mass of DG into distribution network will influence greatly on safe and stable operation of the system. A new evaluation method for comprehensively and accurately evaluating the reliability of the distribution network with DG, which includes wind farms, photovoltaic power stations and others, was put forward. The reliability model of intermittent distributed generation (IDG) was established. The associated matrix was imported to deal with the partition of the solitary island. The reliability evaluation method for distribution network with IDG was introduced. The influence mechanism of DG on the reliability of the distribution network was analyzed by examples, which provides certain reference for expansion plan of distribution network with multiple complementary energy sources.

In development of the city underground cable laying, the trenchless technologies, such as the curved tube pulling technology, due to their characteristics of the little influence on the environment, the simple process and the wide usability in laying the line passing through long distance obstacles, are used more and more widely. Combining with the practical situation of curved tube pulling construction project, the principle of the construction and the matters needing attention in the construction were analyzed. The jacking force data of the site jacking machinery and the field settlement data were monitored and analyzed. The result shows that by monitoring and dynamical feedback, the curved tube pulling construction scheme was verified effectively; and the favorable effects were obtained. The scheme provides certain reference for similar curved tube pulling construction projects.

By using the Markov model, the reliability model of deaerator water level protection system was established. The influences of system structure, the diagnosis coverage rate, the common factors and others on the reliability of deaerator water level protection system were analyzed. The simulation data show that to adopt multiple redundant system structure, to increase the system diagnosis coverage rate and to reduce the influence of the system common factors can increase the MTTF of whole system and decrease the system failure rate.

In some wind farms, the wind power generator may aim the wind direction no so accurately, and the wind power generators located in leeward of other wind generators are impacted by air flow of other wind power generators and can not aim the wind direction exactly. Aiming at above-mentioned problems, the KHC algorithm, a new control algorithm, in which the optimized Karman filtering is combined with hill climbing method, was put forward. The core contents of the algorithm are that using the power detection to aim the wind direction and contral high accurately, and using the Kalman filtering to predict the wind vector to avoid the frequent and fatigue action of the yaw mechanism and the interferences. By simulation analysis, the feasibility of the algorithm was verified; and the wind power generation efficiency had been increased greatly.
