Application of excavated vertical column foundation in design and construction of high voltage transmission line in PanzhihuaXichang area

Abstract: The excavated vertical column foundation is often used in PanzhihuaXichang area. The calculation methods, the economical and technical norms, the construction and the operation of the excavated vertical column foundation and the common flexible foundation were compared and analyzed. It was proved that the excavated vertical column foundation has better economical efficiency and practicality. So the excavated vertical column foundation is recommended in construction of high voltage transmission line in PanzhihuaXichang area.
