Analysis on reason of lower pH value of boiler water and solution

Abstract

Abstract: The pH value of the fed water for the 240t/h CFB boiler was normal, but the pH value of the boiler water was lower. The reason of the lower pH value of the boiler water was analyzed. Aiming at the factors causing the pH value of the boiler water to be lower, a solution was put forward. The tube crack accident of water wall of the boiler was prevented; and safe and stable operation of the unit was ensured.
