Analysis and treatment of common faults of boiler burner directly fed by coal mine gas

Abstract

Abstract: The boiler burners burning the coal mine gas, which is extracted from the coal mine and is not treated, are restricted by the gas composition and its volume fraction, the gas pressure, the gas moisture and other factors and often go wrong; and this may cause the burner stall and outage and greatly influences on unit normal operation. Common faults analysis and judgement and the fault elimination method for the burner were summarized. The fault rate was decreased greatly, and the boiler operation became normal.
