Abstract: The crack and leakage of the ‘four pipes’ of the 660MW thermal power unit in Shajiao C Power Plant were introduced. The reasons of crack and leakage of the ‘four pipes’ were analyzed in detail. From the angles of the boiler pipe overhaul and the defect management, some targeted preventive treatment measures were given.
